These terms and conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Royal Palm. By booking or accepting a service from us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Royal Palm, a villa, townhouse and commercial exterior cleaning business based in Damac Hills, Dubai. "You" and "your" refer to the customer requesting or receiving our services. "Services" means the exterior cleaning work we agree to carry out for you.

1.Our Services

Royal Palm provides exterior cleaning for villas, townhouses and commercial properties. This includes exterior walls, render and facades, windows and glass, driveways, paths and paved areas, and the hard surfaces around pool areas such as decking, coping and surrounding tiles.

The exact scope of work for your booking will be agreed with you in your quotation. Any work outside that agreed scope may be subject to an additional charge, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

2.Quotations And Pricing

Quotations are provided free of charge and are based on the information and access you give us at the time of enquiry, and where relevant on a site assessment. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition, size or access of the property differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
• Where a job requires specialist treatment discovered on site, such as heavily bonded staining or damaged surfaces, we will discuss any revised pricing with you before carrying out that work.
• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated on your quotation.

3.Booking And Payment

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and scope with you. For ongoing and recurring work, payment is made on a monthly basis, with payment dates agreed as set out in each customer's individual contract. For one off work, payment terms will be set out on your quotation or invoice.

Late payment may result in suspension of any further scheduled services until the outstanding balance is settled.

4.Access And Your Responsibilities

To carry out the services safely and effectively, we need you to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including any gates, side access or parking required for our team and equipment.
• Ensure a water supply and, where required, a power supply are available on site, unless we have agreed to provide these ourselves.
• Move or secure personal items, furniture, vehicles and pets away from the working area before we arrive.
• Inform us in advance of any fragile, damaged or specially finished surfaces, fixtures, or any known defects such as cracked render, loose paving or faulty seals.

If we cannot access the property or begin work on the agreed date due to reasons within your control, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call out fee.

5.Cancellations And Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or where our team has already travelled to site, may be subject to a charge to cover our costs.

We may also need to reschedule due to severe weather, sandstorms or other conditions that make exterior cleaning unsafe or ineffective. In such cases we will contact you to arrange the earliest suitable alternative at no extra charge.

6.Our Workmanship And Your Satisfaction

We take great care to clean your property to a high standard using methods matched to each surface. If you are not satisfied with any part of the work, please tell us within 3 days of completion and we will return to inspect and, where the issue falls within our agreed scope, put it right at no additional cost.

7.Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and, where relevant, hold appropriate insurance. However, you acknowledge that:

• Exterior surfaces exposed to the Dubai climate may carry pre-existing wear, weathering or damage. Cleaning can sometimes reveal underlying defects that were previously hidden by dirt. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for defects made visible by cleaning.
• We are not responsible for damage arising from defects, weaknesses or faults in surfaces, fixtures or fittings that you did not disclose to us in advance.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8.Photography

From time to time we may take before and after photographs of our work for quality records and, with your consent, for marketing purposes. If you do not wish images of your property to be used in our marketing, simply let us know and we will respect that.

9.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
